HAllo Friso,

Sinds kort ben ik op zoek naar mijn voorouders. Natuurlijk met name de 'schaapjes'. Inmiddels ben ik aangekomen bij.

Amerik Schaap, geboortejaar en plaats onebend. Van zijn (enige) zoon weet ik:
Arent Ameriksz /Schaap/
geboren rond 1584 in Katwijk

Weet jij of er een verband is met Hendrik Arentz Schaap die jij gevonden hebt?
Qua geboorte jaar zou het kunnen dat ze beide van Amerik Schaap afstammen.

Beste Edwin,
Allereerst hartelijk dan voor je berichtje.DeHendrik Arentsz die ik in mijn online database heb staan komt uit zandvoort en zijn ouders komen ook uit zandvoort. Welk heb ik enkele aanknopingspunten gevonden met de Schapen in Katwijk. Van mijn overgrootopa's kant (familie Keur) komen er regelmatig Schapen uit Katwijk in voor. Katwijk en Zandvoort ligt niet ver van elkaar af en daar beide takken voornamelijk in de Scheepvaart werkten zou het zomaar kunnen. Ik heb hier verder nog geen concreet bewijs van gevonden. Wel heb ik offline nog diverse materiaal liggen die ik weer van andere genealogen heb gekregen. Dit moet ik allemaal nog uitzoeken. Mocht ik iets hebben gevonden dan houd ik je op de hoogte.

Dag Wim. Welkom op mijn familie site. Ik heb offline nog meer informatie helaas ben ik nog niet in de gelegenheid geweest om de site te updaten daar ik sinds een paar maanden naar Israel ben verhuisd.
Helaas heb ik hier slecht internet en ben ik nog op zoek naar een goede provider.

Ik zag dat u uit katwijk komt. Ónze tak komt uit Zandvoort al hoewel komt een van mijn stamvaders uit Katwijk.
